Upload and install the plugin zip file through WordPress as seen here or upload the zip to wp-content/plugins directory via ftp.

Installation

Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

Activation of the plugin

Go to the SEOTranslate settings menu. Select among the language and display options and press save changes. Selected languages will now be available to your visitors.
